Learning the ABC's of building a healthy self image is one of the most important skills someone can learn. Many struggles in the present are related to what a person believes about himself or herself. It is not enough to talk about shame, guilt, anger etc.. A person must be coached on how to identify faulty messages and behaviors and then replace them with new ones.
